The facts about education in Alabama.

Education is Alabama’s largest public investment and the one that most determines the state’s future. It is also the policy area where debate most often outruns evidence. PARCA has independent analysis of school achievement and spending for more than two decades.

PARCA’s Education Research Center  extends that work into the questions Alabama is deciding now: how schools are funded, governed, staffed, and chosen. We don’t take a side in those debates. We make sure they start from the same facts.
