Each spring, PARCA’s Annual Forum brings together experts to examine critical policy questions, including legislators who write the laws, the agency heads who carry them out, and the practitioners who see the results. For one morning they share a stage, walk through the evidence, and talk about what is working, what isn’t, and what comes next. The day ends with the Albert Brewer Legacy Lunch, which is named for PARCA’s founder and features an address from the governor.
Debates and discussions. Data on the screen and the people behind it on the stage. An audience of policymakers, business leaders, educators, nonprofit executives, and reporters.
