Every spring. PARCA’s Annual Forum brings together experts on issues on critical policy questions. the legislators who write the laws, the agency heads who carry them out, and the practitioners who see the results. For one morning they share a stage, walk through the evidence, and talk about what is working, what isn’t, and what comes next. The day ends with the Albert Brewer Legacy Lunch, named for PARCA’s founder and featues an address from the Governor.
Debates and discussions. Data on the screen and the people behind it on the stage. An audience of policymakers, business leaders, educators, nonprofit executives, and reporters.
